meow! this is me, emily, hi ^_^

I'm a transgender catgirl who was born in Florida, raised in Alaska, and now living in Washington! My birthday is December 4th, 2001 and that makes me 24 years old. I'm filled with excitement and optimism, along with anxiety and dread! Whatever wway I'm feeling, I do my best to always meow through it.

My interests include:

• - drawing!!! i've got a ton of sketchbooks and I try to draw at least a little bit every day. someday, i wanna make really cool stuff and i'm gonna make that someday come very soon. can't always be dreaming of doing cool stuff... gotta actually do the cool stuff too.
• - reading! i really love diving into an archive of comics and taking in all of the beautiful art it has to hold. novels are also really cool and i honestly need to read a lot more of them!

• - physical media! i have a big collection of books in my room, and i hope that in time it only gets bigger! discs are also a veritable treat, whether its dvds, blurays, or cds. nothing like having a collection of various tv shows/anime/movies/music on a cool circle you can put in a player of your choosing. there's a wonderful tactile feeling to it that digital files don't really carry.

  (⭐favorite book designs: anything coming from peow [standouts to me are; internal affairs: tense anniversary, all the ex mags, a frog in the fall], anything from glacier bay books, akira 35th anniversary box set)

• - playing video games! i have access to a bunch of consoles in the apartment i live in; ps3, psp, 3ds, xbox 360, ps4, wii, and a steam deck. you could call me some kind of... gamer. or something.

  (⭐favorite video games [in no order]: myst, nuclear throne, no more heroes, psychonauts, max payne, deltarune, plants vs zombies, gitaroo man lives, kero blaster, rez infinite)

• - smoking weed... >:3 enough said
• - um... i might update this with more but that's what comes to mind right now. meow.

Some goals I have for 2026 are:

• - building out and developing this website a lot more! (so far, so good)
• - tabling at a zine fest with 1-3 booklets of things
• - starting... a webcomic? maybe???
• - making a video game? even if it's pretty small
• - no longer being unemployed (working on this one)
